Jacop Lucas is the Director of Human Resources for Syra Health. Jacop has over 15 years of experience developing HR teams and executing the HR strategies needed to align and enhance our organization and its people. He has also spent significant time as an advisor to over 70 different companies, developing solutions to improve their organization.

Jacop attained his bachelor's degree in Communications and Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University. In addition to his degree, he is licensed in Life, Accident & Health, and Property &Casualty Insurance. Jacop’s educational and professional experience has enabled him to successfully operate as a HR Director!

When not at work, Jacop values his time being a husband and the father of three children. When not watching his boys play soccer and participate in scouts or his daughter compete in dance and gymnastics, he may be walking his dog Bella (Goldendoodle), might meet friends for an occasional bourbon cocktail, or catch a colt’s game. He is driven by his faith and personal values of family, loyalty, empathy, innovation, and perseverance which he lives by every day.
